The article deals with sufficient conditions of implementing individual and differentiated approaches while teaching foreign languages to cadets of military schools. An important condition for effective implementation of an individual-differentiated approach in the teaching cadets a foreign language is to observe the balance of the development of reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. The content and choice of texts for reading in different groups and in different military schools will not be identical, as it directly depends on the main areas of future military-professional activities. The author considers the distinctive features to improve the effectiveness of mastering foreign language by cadets. The ability to choose topics on their own authority or colleagues in groupwork to accomplish different tasks are the examples. Moreover, a role-play helps to develop communicative skills effectively because it allows cadets easily to demonstrate their personal talents and competencies.
