Furthermore, the participants were purposively selected and they were forty students in the departments of English, Sociology and Psychology in Faculty of Arts at Soran University. In spite of facing some challenges, the findings of this study demonstrated that the English learners have a positive attitude towards the use of mobile dictionary in learning vocabulary since it enables them to enrich their vocabulary effectively.
