Constructing random polygons

This paper presents a method for constructing any regular polygon from a square of same side length. The method uses the diagonal of the square to determine the radius of a circle that is equally sectored using the side of the square. The equal sector chords form the sides of the required regular polygon. The method can be applied in the construction of any regular polygon angle (and many other angles) and in inscribing regular polygon in a given circle. The method and its applications are
