& Aim: Nursing shortage is a growing global challenge in healthcare organizations. Promoting nurses' organizational commitment may help alleviate nursing shortage. This study sought to evaluate the relationships between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational justice, and self-efficacy among nurses.
