The purpose of this article is to discuss multiculturalism in transnational companies and their implications for analysis models in international management. A qualitative approach, through a case study was conducted in an American subsidiary of a Brazilian transnational company. The data were collected through interviews and respondents were also asked to do drawings or collages. The data were analyzed in an interpretive way.
