There is limited research documenting health disparities between gay and bisexual males. This study examined health behaviors and outcomes-substance use, mental health, and homelessness-of young gay and bisexual males in Chicago. Data was from a cross-sectional survey of 180 bisexual and gay males age 16-24. Bivariate results indicate that bisexual males experience higher rates of homelessness, daily marijuana use, depressive symptoms, lifetime gonorrhea and chlamydia.
