Leflunomide, teriflunomide and roflumilast were recently described as possible store-operated calcium channel inhibitors. Store-operated calcium entry and calcium homestasis are disrupted in SH-SY5Y cells with mutant PS1-M146V, associated with Alzheimer's disease.
