The high prevalence of oral diseases in Burkina Faso, and the difficulty in accessing adequate care, have made the Ouagadougou municipality to create the Municipal Center of Oral Health (MCOH). This study was undertaken to assess the level of satisfaction of patients and staff at the MCOH. It aimed also at establishing the reasons for consultation and the treatments recommended to patients who attend the MCOH.
