Purpose: The purpose of this research is identifying Dimensions and Components of Human Resource Efficiency in Medical Universities of Iran: To Present a Conceptual Model. Methodology: The purpose of this study was applied and mixed quantitative and qualitative research and correlation and fuzzy Delphi method. Findings: Research findings showed that HRM indices consist of seven main categories (structural-managerial, socio-psychological, cultural, individual, economic, environmental, intimate and cooperative) and 56 sub-subgroups. These findings were obtained through three stages of sweep of expert questionnaires, fuzzy and fuzzy response questionnaires. Conclusion: The results of the research indicate that it is possible to improve the skills of the staff and increase the productivity of human resources by their appropriate training, guidance and participation.
