Ectopic pregnancy is one of the ginecobstetric conditions that contribute to increased maternal mortality by 10 to 15% of cases. Ovarian ectopic pregnancy is one of the rare cases and represents up to 3% of ectopic pregnancies. Female with 33 years old with lower abdominal pain, and pallor. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult and must have a high level of diagnostic suspicion with physical examination and imaging studies.
