A modern review of the pathogenetic factors underlying acne vulgaris, genetic determinism, and the influence of exposure factors on the formation of the disease are presented. The features of the microbiome and immunity indicators of this category of patients in the student population were studied. The clinic of various forms is described depending on the age gradation.
