Testicular germ cell tumors in patients with disorders of gonadal development have been reported in literature. A 38 year old phenotypically female patient with primary amenorrhoea came to our hospital with complaints of an inguino-scrotal mass and was subsequently diagnosed to have male pseudohermaphrodi-tism, possibly testicular feminisation syndrome.
