Testicular germ cell tumor in a female patient with male pseudohermaphrodi-tism-a rare case report

Testicular germ cell tumors in patients with disorders of gonadal development have been reported in literature. A 38 year old phenotypically female patient with primary amenorrhoea came to our hospital with complaints of an inguino-scrotal mass and was subsequently diagnosed to have male pseudohermaphrodi-tism, possibly testicular feminisation syndrome. more » ... h inguinal orchiectomy followed by post operative chemotherapy. The post operative diagnosis was mixed germ cell tumor of the testis in a male pseudohermaphrodite. The association is notable for its rarity.
