In this paper, we prove a power-law version dynamical localization for a random operator H_ω on ℤ^d with long-range hopping. In breif, for the linear Schrödinger equation i∂_tu=H_ωu, u ∈ℓ^2(ℤ^d), the Sobolev norm of the solution with well localized initial state is bounded for any t≥ 0.

Public security is a widespread disastrous phenomenon that constitutes a grave threat. Although information fusion of video sensor networks for public security has been studied extensively, multimedia fusion in heterogeneous sensor networks or its application in public security remains a challenge and central goal in the field of information fusion. more » ... he dynamic structure of heterogeneous sensors for public security. In the proposed schema, data fusion algorithms based on data-driven aspects of fusion are explored to locate the optimal sensing ranges of sensor nodes in a network with heterogeneous targets. In addition, we propose a framework incorporating useful contextual and temporal cues for public security alarm, explore its conceptualizations, benefits, and challenges, and analyze the correlations of the target motion elements in the multimedia sensor stream. The experimental results show that the new method offers a better way of intelligent alarm that cannot be achieved by existing schemes.

Classified according to different inducers, the commonly used expression systems are as such, the tetracycline induced, the steroid induced, the ethanol induced, the insecticide induced, and the copper induced. These systems have different working principles because of the different factors and components used; at the same time, there are also commonalities in each of them, they are usually composed of two elements, the activation element and the response element. In this paper, several plant inducible expression systems are reviewed, and their characteristics are analyzed, reviewed and prospected.

Synthesis and Biological Activity of 23-Hydroxybetulinic Acid C-28 Ester Derivatives as Antitumor Agent Candidates

23-Hydroxybetulinic acid (1) served as the precursor for the synthesis of C-28 ester derivatives. The target compounds were evaluated in vitro for their antitumor activities against five cell lines (A549, BEL-7402, SF-763, B16 and HL-60). Among the obtained compounds, 6i had the most potent antitumor activity, with the IC(50 values of 8.35 µM in HL-60 cells and showed similar antitumor activity as cyclophosphamide in H22 liver tumor and as 5-fluorouracil in B16 melanoma in vivo.
