This evaluation was performed using the Daphnet dataset, which includes recordings from ten patients using three accelerometers situated on the ankle, knee, and lower back. We obtained a reduction from 17.3% to 12.5% of the equal error rate compared to the previous best results using this dataset and LOSO testing. For high levels of sensitivity (such as 0.95), the specificity increased from 0.63 to 0.75. The biggest improvement across all of the feature sets and algorithms tested in this study was obtained by integrating information from longer periods of time in a deep neural network with convolutional layers.

... d by using a novelty mathematical method that allows related terms to remain grouped together within the tags. To evaluate this proposal, we have carried out a survey over a spanish database with 24,481 records. For this purpose, 23 expert users in the medical field were tasked to test the interface and answer some questions in order to evaluate the generated tag clouds properties. In addition, we obtained a precision of 0.990, a recall of 0.870, and a F1-score of 0.904 in the evaluation of the tag cloud as an information retrieval tool. The main contribution of this approach is that we automatically generate a visual interface over the text capable of capturing the semantics of the information and facilitating access to medical records, obtaining a high degree of satisfaction in the evaluation survey.

BIBLIOMETRIC EVALUATION IN SERVICE INNOVATION Abstract The article aimed to understand the basis on which the relationship between innovation and service marketing was structured. The marketing of services has reached dimensions of great relevance in the academic and corporate world, and its importance is driven when allied to the innovation construct. To understand this possible relation, the study was based on the principles of bibliometry, using VosViewer software. The procedure consisted of the analysis of journals and articles related to the theme Innovation and its implications in the science of services. It was made possible by using of Scopus database covering the period from 2011 to 2015. With the use of the software, it was possible to aggregate the articles in four different clusters organized in Theory of Innovation, Development of New Services, Centralization of Services and Paradigm of Innovation. It is possible to conclude that the relationship between innovation and service marketing is built around the quality, competence and relationship with the consumer.

... mber of fundamental requirements that set it apart from other recent proposals: low cost of implementation, the possibility of application in coastal shallow-water marine environments, suitable dimensions for deployment and stability of the sensor system in a shifting environment like the sea bed, and total autonomy of power supply and data recording. The buoy system has successfully performed remote monitoring of temperature and marine pressure (SBE 39 sensor), temperature (MCP9700 sensor) and atmospheric pressure (YOUNG 61302L sensor). The above requirements have been satisfactorily validated by operational trials in a marine environment. The proposed buoy sensor system thus seems to offer a broad range of applications.

... rence lists from studies selected were manually searched to identify further relevant reports. Relevant manuscripts about pancreatic disorders in patients with IBD were selected and reviewed. Results: Thiopurines and gallstones are the most frequent causes of acute pancreatitis in IBD patients. Thiopurine-induced acute pancreatitis is usually uncomplicated and self-limited. Some evidence suggests that chronic pancreatitis may be more common in IBD. Most cases are idiopathic, affecting young males and patients with ulcerative colitis. Autoimmune pancreatitis is a relatively newly recognized disease and is increasingly diagnosed in IBD, particularly for type 2 autoimmune pancreatitis in ulcerative colitis patients. Asymptomatic exocrine insufficiency, pancreatic duct abnormalities and hyperamylasaemia have been identified in up to 18% of IBD patients, although their clinical significance and relationship with IBD remain undefined. Conclusions: The wide spectrum of pancreatic manifestations in IBD is growing and may represent a challenge to the clinician. A collaborative approach with a pancreas specialist may be the most productive route to determine aetiology, guide additional diagnostic workup, illuminate the aetiology and define the treatment and follow-up of these patients.
