Cumulative incidences determined with a competing risk analysis were 1.3%, 1.9%, 2.2%, 2.4% and 2.6% at the 12th, 24th, 36th, 48th and 60th post-SRS month, respectively.  ...  Three-field C-ion beams with 290 MeV/n energy are used by means of passive broad beam methods using individual collimators and a compensation bolus absorber.  ...  The actuarial rate of MRS decline after SRS was 6% at 2-years, 13% at 5-years, and 18% at 10-years.
