... agent SLAM will be interacted by the collaboration. Firstly, based on the characteristics of ORBSLAM, a unique observation function which models the whole MAS is obtained. Secondly, a novel type of Deep Q network(DQN) called MAS-DQN is deployed to learn correspondence between Q Value and state-action pair,abstract representation of agents in MAS are learned in the process of collaboration among agents. Finally, each agent must act with a certain degree of freedom according to MAS-DQN. The simulation results of comparative experiments prove that this mechanism improves the efficiency of cooperation in the process of multi-agent SLAM.

... lectron microscopy. P62 degradation in the infarct border zone was increased from day 0.5 to day 3, and however, decreased from day 5 until day 21 after LAD ligation. These results indicated that autophagy was induced in the acute phase of AMI, and however, impaired in the latter phase of AMI. To investigate the significance of the impaired autophagy in the latter phase of AMI, we treated the mice with Rapamycin (an autophagy enhancer, 2.0 mg/kg/day) or 3-methyladenine (3MA, an autophagy inhibitor, 15 mg/kg/day) one day after LAD ligation until the end of experiment. The results showed that Rapamycin attenuated, while 3MA exacerbated, postinfarction cardiac remodeling and dysfunction respectively. In addition, Rapamycin protected the H9C2 cells against oxygen glucose deprivation in vitro. Specifically, we found that Rapamycin attenuated NFkB activation after LAD ligation. And the inflammatory response in the acute stage of AMI was significantly restrained with Rapamycin treatment. In vitro, inhibition of NFkB restored autophagy in a negative reflex. Conclusion: Sustained myocardial ischemia impairs cardiomyocyte autophagy, which is an essential mechanism that protects against adverse cardiac remodeling. Augmenting autophagy could be a therapeutic strategy for acute myocardial infarction.

In addition, a loop closure detection and correction module is also added to eliminate the accumulated drift when revisiting an area. Finally, the optimized motion estimates and map are fed back to the EKF-based visual-inertial odometry module, thus the inconsistency and estimation error of the EKF estimator are reduced. In this way, the system can continuously provide reliable motion estimates for the long-term operation. The performance of the algorithm is validated on public datasets and real-world experiments, which proves the superiority of the proposed algorithm.

... athogens. The endogenous P. parasitica gene PnPMA1 and the reporter gene GFP were used to evaluate the potential application of host induced gene silencing (HIGS). The GFP-expressing P. parasitica efficiently colonized Arabidopsis thaliana lines stably expressing GFP dsRNA and showed no obvious decrease in GFP signal intensity. Quantitative RT-PCR analyses showed no significant reductions in the abundance of GFP and PnPMA1 transcripts in P. parasitica during colonization of A. thaliana lines stably expressing GFP and PnPMA1 dsRNAs, respectively. Neither GFP siRNAs nor PnPMA1 siRNAs produced by transgenic plants were detected in P. parasitica re-isolated from infected tissues by Northern blot analyses. Phenotypic characterization of zoospores released from infected plant roots expressing PnPMA1 dsRNA showed no motility changes compared with those from wild-type plants. Similar results were obtained by analysis of zoospores released from sporulating hyphae of P. parasitica re-isolated from PnPMA1 dsRNA-expressing plant roots. Thus, the ectopic expression of dsRNA sequences in the host plant is not sufficient to initiate silencing of homologous genes in the colonizing oomycete pathogen, and this may be due to a number of different reasons including the absence of genetic machinery required for uptake of silencing signals in particular dsRNAs which are essential for environmental RNA silencing.

... the oomycete pathogen Phytophthora sojae. We show that multiple tRNAs are processed into abundant tsRNAs, which accumulate in a similar developmental stagespecific manner and are negatively correlated with the expression of predicted target genes. Degradome sequencing and 5 RLM RACE experiments indicate tsRNAs can trigger degradation of target transcripts. Transient expression assays using GUS sensor constructs confirmed the requirement of sequence complementarity in tsRNA-mediated RNA degradation in P. sojae. Our results show that the tsRNA are a class of functional endogenous sRNAs and suggest that tsRNA regulate gene expression through inducing sequence-specific degradation of target RNAs in oomycetes.
