With this procedure we exploit an intriguing property of standard overparameterized convolutional neural networks trained with (stochastic) gradient descent: Clean labels are fitted faster than noisy ones. We consider two classification problems, a subset of ImageNet and CIFAR-10. For both, we construct large candidate datasets without any explicit human annotations, that only contain 10%-50% correctly labeled examples per class. We show that training on the candidate examples and regularizing through early stopping gives higher test performance for both problems than when training on the original, clean data. This is possible because the candidate datasets contain a huge number of clean examples, and, as we show in this paper, the noise generated through the label collection process is not nearly as adversarial for learning as the noise generated by randomly flipping labels.

Bulgular: Hastaların ortalama yaşı, prostat hacmi ve PSA düzeyleri sırasıyla 65,6±8,4 yıl, 58,2±34,8 mL ve 11,8±3,4 ng/mL idi ve gruplar arasında istatistik anlamlı fark tespit edilmedi. Ortalama VAS skoru 1. grupta 2,4±1,8, 2. grupta 1, 2,5±1,9 ve 3. grupra 1,6±1,6 olarak tespit edildi. 3. gruptaki hastalarda diğer gruplara oranla ağrı hissinin belirgin olarak az olduğu tespit edildi (sırasıyla p=0,002 ve p=0,001). Grup 1 ve grup 2 arasında VAS skorları açısından istatistik anlamlı fark tespit edilmedi (p=0,815). Sonuç: Sonuçlarımıza göre transrektal ultrason eşliğinde yapılan prostat biyopsisi anestezisinde perianal lidokain jel ile birlikte her iki tarafa 4 mL %2 lidokain ile yapılan periprostatik sinir blokajını öneriyoruz. Anahtar Kelimeler: Lidokain dozu; perianal intrarektal lidokain; periprostatik sinir blokajı; prostat biyopsisi; vizüel analog skor ABSTRACT Objective: To compare two different doses of lidocaine used for periprostatic nerve block on pain perception during transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) guided prostate biopsy. Material and methods: A total of 288 patients with elevated prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels and/or abnormal digital rectal examination who underwent TRUS-guided prostate biopsy were included in the study. The patients were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 (n=103) prostate biopsy were performed after administering perianal intrarectal application of 10 mL 2% lidocaine gel, Group 2 (n=98) 2 mL of 2% lidocaine injection on each side following rectal installation of lidocaine gel and Group 3 (n=87) 4 mL of 2% lidocaine injection on each side after rectal instillation of lidocaine gel. Patients' pain scores during biopsy procedure were reported using visual analogue score (VAS). Independent sample t test, ANOVA test and Tukey test were used for statistical evaluation.

In this study, pyrolytic fuel from nutshell and rice husk blends was produced at 500°C temperature, 1 L/min gas flow rate and 10 °C/min heating rate. Pyrolytic fuel was experimented in a single cylinder, direct injection diesel engine with different engine speeds of 1750, 2000, 2250, 2750, 3000 rpm at wide open throttle. ... 85% nutshell blends compared to pure nutshell at 500°C temperature, 10°C/min and 1L/min gas flow speed. In addition, power output and brake torque decreased 10.20% with B10 compared to diesel. Specific fuel consumption (SFC) increased 28.42% with B10 compared to diesel. HC and CO reduced with pyrolytic fuel about 43.87% and 15.72% compared to diesel respectively. As a result, similar properties were seen between pyrolytic fuel and diesel. So, it was found that pyrolytic fuel could be efficiently used in diesel engines without detailed modification.
