Freeform LED lens for uniform illumination
2008
Optics Express
Light flux from LED must be redistributed to meet the needs of lighting in most cases, a new method is proposed for its secondary optic design. Based on refractive equation and energy conservation, a set of firstorder partial differential equations which represent the characters of LED source and desired illumination were presented. The freeform lens was constructed by solving these equations numerically. The numerical results showed that we can get a freeform lens for the illumination of

Analytical Separation of Closantel Enantiomers by HPLC
2021
Molecules
Closantel is an antiparasitic drug marketed in a racemic form with one chiral center. It is meaningful to develop a method for separating and analyzing the closantel enantiomers. In this work, two enantiomeric separation methods of closantel were explored by normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The influences of the chiral stationary phase (CSP) structure, the mobile phase composition, the nature and proportion of different mobile phase modifiers (alcohols and acids), and the

... umn temperature on the enantiomeric separation of closantel were investigated in detail. The two enantiomers were successfully separated on the novel CSP of isopropyl derivatives of cyclofructan 6 and n-hexane-isopropanol-trifluoroacetic acid (97:3:0.1, v/v/v) as a mobile phase with a resolution (Rs) of about 2.48. The enantiomers were also well separated on the CSP of tris-carbamates of amylose with a higher Rs (about 3.79) when a mixture of n-hexane-isopropanol-trifluoroacetic acid (55:45:0.1, v/v/v) was used as mobile phase. Thus, the proposed separation methods can facilitate molecular pharmacological and biological research on closantel and its enantiomers.
Black hole mass and radiation pressure of Seyfert 1 galaxies
2012
Wuli xuebao
We collect 214 Seyfert 1 galaxies (147 narrow line Seyfert 1 and 67 broad line Seyfert 1) and research black hole mass, bulge velocity dispersion, Eddington ratio, luminosity at 5100 Å and redshift. Our conclusions are follows: (1) when computing black hole mass, we should consider the effect of radiation pressure, especially for the narrow line Seyfert 1 galaxies; (2) when the effect of radiation pressure is considered, narrow line Seyfert 1 galaxies meet MBH-σ relation of normal galaxies and

... found to be most severe in the central-west region of the province. While Kunming county was shown to be negatively correlated with its surrounding counties, many high-burden counties are surrounded by other counties with similar case numbers. We conclude that intervention efforts in Yunnan province should concentrate on the western and northeast regions, targeting the hotspots of infection.

Core condition analysis of radiation driven implosion for maximum compression
2012
Wuli xuebao
Core condition studies of radiation driven implosion for maximum compression time are the key contents of inertial confinement fusion research. Core conditions refer to the electron temperature and mass density in core region. The spatial distribution of core emission is calculated based on local thermal equilibrium by Multi one-dimensional simulation of core temperature and density. Assumption is made that the core temperature and density distributions each meet a Gauss distribution. Peak

The data-processing for implosion experiment on Sheng-GuangIII prototype facility indicates that the peak values of temperature and density are 1.7 keV and 1.2 g/cm 3 respectively. The full widths at half maximum of temperature and density distribution are 20 µm and 18 µm respectively.
Differential Effects ofNaja naja atraVenom on Immune Activity
2014
Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine
Previous studies reported thatNaja naja atravenom (NNAV) inhibited inflammation and adjuvant arthritis. Here we investigated the role of NNAV in regulation of immune responses in mice. Oral administration of NNAV to normal mice showed significant increase in natural killer cell activity, B lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by lipopolysaccharides, and antibody production in response to sheep red blood cells. Meanwhile, NNAV markedly decreased T lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by

... n A, arrested the cell cycle at G0/G1phase, and suppressed CD4 and CD8 T cell divisions. Furthermore, NNAV inhibited the dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction. This modulation of immune responses may be partly attributed to the selective increase in Th1 and Th2 cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-4) secretion and inhibition of Th17 cytokine (IL-17) production. In dexamethasone-induced immunosuppressed mice, NNAV restored the concentration of serum IgG and IgM, while decreasing the percentage of CD4 and CD8 T-cell subsets. These results indicate that NNAV enhances the innate and humoral immune responses while inhibiting CD4 Th17 and CD8 T cell actions, suggesting that NNAV could be a potential therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases.

2012
Wuli xuebao
The measurement of implosion velocity is the core problem of inertial confinement fusion and it is also a key quantity of estimation of fusion ignition. A clear implosion trajectory X-ray image of hohlraum-radiative-driven CH-capsule is obtained in Sheng-GuangII laser facility with 1600 J laser energy, triple frequency 1 ns pulse width. KB-microscope coupled with X-ray streak camera whose temporal resolution is about 10 ps is used for diagnosis. The maximal velocity of implosion is about 160

Tuberculous Spondylitis Following Kyphoplasty
2016
Medicine
Tuberculous spondylitis of the augmented vertebral column following percutaneous vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty has rarely been described. We report an unusual case of tuberculous spondylitis diagnosed after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP). A 61-year-old woman presented to our institution complaining of back pain following a fall 7 days before. Radiologic studies revealed an acute osteoporotic compression L1 fracture. The patient denied history of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) and there were no

... s of infection. The patient was discharged from hospital 4 days after undergoing L1 PKP with a dramatic improvement in her back pain. Two years later, the patient was readmitted with a 1 year history of recurrent back pain. Imaging examinations demonstrated long segmental bony destruction involving L1 vertebra with massive paravertebral abscess formation. The tentative diagnosis of tuberculous spondylitis was made, after a serum T-SPOT. The TB test was found to be positive. Anterior debridement, L1 corpectomy, decompression, and autologous rib graft interposition, and posterior T8-L4 instrumentation were performed. The histologic examination of the resected tissue results confirmed the diagnosis of spinal TB. Anti-TB medications were administered for 12 months and the patient recovered without sequelae. Spinal TB and osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures are similar clinically and radiologically. Spinal surgeons should consider this disease entity to avoid misdiagnosis or complications. Early surgical intervention and anti-TB treatment should be instituted as soon as the diagnosis of spinal TB after vertebral augmentation is made. Then, as the movie plays, the detecting model detects the new sample using the NN Classifier with positive and negative samples and the similarity model calculates new samples based on the fusion background model to calculate a new sample and detect the relative similarity to the target. Human papillomavirus 16 E7 oncoprotein alters the expression profiles of circular RNAs in Caski cells
2018
Journal of Cancer
Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancer in female worldwide. The expression of high-risk human papillomavirus E7 oncogene is necessary for the maintenance of malignant phenotypes and transformation. Accumulating studies of this protein has been explored in cervical cancer, however, there are fewer studies on how E7 expression affects the expression of global circular RNA. CircRNA, a promising biomarker and even therapeutic target, has become a star molecular in research after miRNA and

... long non-coding RNA. Our aim of this study was to investigate the global circRNA levels modulated by HPV E7 expression and identified the potential consequences for mechanism studies. Here we investigated the expression profiles of circRNAs by transfecting E7 siRNA in Caski cells with high-throughput microarray technology. In total, we identified 526 dysregulated circRNAs with fold change ≥2 or≤0.5, and p< 0.05. Among them, 352 were up-regulated and 174 were down-regulated. In addition, 8 selected circRNAs confirmed using qRT-PCR was in line with the results of microarray analysis. Furthermore, bioinformatic analyses indicated that differently expressed circRNAs might implicate in the mTOR signaling pathway, proline metabolism and glutathione metabolism. In conclusion, this study showed the expression profiles of circRNAs regulated by HPV16 E7 in cervical cancer cells and provides novel insights into the new potential candidates for future mechanism studies.
