In view of these challenges in the area of education, the theme of this research was chosen as "Teaching and electronics at IFAM: the importance of technicians, technologists and engineers in the job market, Manaus-Amazonas/Brazil, in the period 2022-2023" Having as a general objective: To identify, historically, the academic, pedagogical and social context of electronics teaching at IFAM in Manaus-Amazonas, to construct a diagnosis of the relationship with the industrial hub of Manaus. Specific objectives: Analyze the context of the courses included in the teaching of electronics at IFAM, in its curricular structure. Methods and techniques applied to theoretical and practical teaching; present a business vision on the acceptability of graduates in the job market; contribute to strengthening professional training based on ethics and technical knowledge for business management through courses made possible by IFAM; The methodological process started from an analytical bibliographical research, which is a research approach that seeks to describe in more detail the data obtained in a specific study. The focus is a qualitative and quantitative approach, adopting documentary research and survey operationalized through analysis as a technical procedure. The main results show that IFAM has been training good professionals for the job market and that it continues to be a challenge to always implement new teaching methodologies that serve the professional market.
