  abstractNote={The concept of "saving the heritage – saving the identity" has been used in the big cities<br> of the world for many years. In Romania, it was implemented in Buzău by Mr. Constantin Toma,<br> the mayor of the Carpathian Bend municipality, following a working visit to France. Thus, to honor<br> as befits the 1650th anniversary of the first attestation of the name of Buzău / Mousaios, the City<br> Hall of the Municipality of Buzău through the "Alexandru Marghiloman" Cultural and Educational<br> Center, invited historians from Romania and the Republic of Moldova, organizing during the 21st –<br> July 22, 2022, in Buzău, the session of scientific communications with the theme "Saving heritage,<br> saving identity – Buzău, 1650 years".<br> For example, among the great cultural heritage objectives in Buzău is the rehabilitation of the<br> alley and the "Petre Stănescu Funeral Monument" made by Constantin Brâncusi, composed of the<br> "Bust of the lawyer Petre Stănescu" and the "Prayer".<br> On this occasion, the list of 200 objectives, documented historically, urbanistically, artistically<br> and architecturally, was finalized, conceiving the Buzău City Compass project, which consists in the<br> installation of explanatory plaques at each monument, which also contain a QR code, which gives to<br> those interested, the possibility to listen, following the installation of a free application, to explanations<br> in Romanian, English and French, on the identified objective.},
