Abstract

A Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu, no Brasil, no que se refere à educação no país, é realizado de forma tanto quanto tardio e de difícil acesso à sociedade. Está vinculada à organização do ensino superior no Brasil e a situação nacional e internacional. O referido texto teve por objetivo analisar o desenvolvimento da Pós-graduação brasileira, desde a sua criação e os respectivos PNPG e as Políticas de Governo. Partindo desse contexto, realizou-se pesquisas documental e bibliográfica. É importante que adote práticas já consolidadas e evite o risco da política cientifica e tecnológica que fique reduzida a uma visão instrumentalista do desenvolvimento científico e se efetive políticas de Estado e não de governo.

 ABSTRACT
 The Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Brazil, about education in the country, is carried out late and difficult to access to society. It is connected to the organization of higher education in Brazil and the national and international situation. This text aimed to analyze the development of the Brazilian Graduate Program since its creation and the respective PNPG and Government Policies. Based on this context, documentary and bibliographic research was carried out. It is relevant to adopt already consolidated practices and avoid the risk of scientific and technological policy being reduced to an instrumentalist view of scientific development and implementing State policies and not government policies.
