Quais são as normas da competênciajudicial internacional em materia concursal, asregras da competição judicial internacionalprevistas na lei Concursal espanhola e nassoluções recolhidas no regulamento 1346/2000?Na Espanha como é a eficacia de los concursosiniciados no estrangeiro e a eficacia dos concursos"extracomunitarios"? É possível a iniciação de um:oncurso de caráter territorial, regido pelo princípiogeneral de cooperação? Estas são algumasperguntas que este artigo intenta responder.As is the norms of international judicialcompetition in concursal matter, the rules ofinternational judicial competition anticipated inthe Law Spanish Concursal and the solutionsgathered in Regulation 1346/2000? In Spain as itis the effectiveness of the initiated aids abroadand the effectiveness of "the extracommunitarian"aids? Is possible the initiation of an aid of territorialcharacter, governed by it general principie ofcooperation? These are some questions that thisarticle tries to respond.
