Abstract
The collection of essays edited by Michelangelo Zaccarello covers some important aspects of digital textuality and how it has impacted the production, distribution and study of literary texts. Areas covered include: the characteristics of electronic texts, encoding standards, as well as new writing and reading modalities, the quality and conservation of digital libraries, mass digitalization procedures and implications for author's rights.
