Проанализирована динамика количества корпоративных университетов в мире, а также представлен анализ истории употребления понятия «корпоративный университет» в англоязычной и русскоязычной литературе с 1960 по 2019 гг. Рассмотрена действующая система развития персонала в Донецкой Народной Республике.
