Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a method for substantiating the requirements for the survivability of a promising automated command and control system. It is known that one of the priority tasks of the country's defense is the creation of an effective command and control system for the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on modern information technologies. But, despite this, its current state, for a number of reasons, does not fully meet the requirements for it. An important reason for this state of the command and control system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the imperfection of the methodological apparatus that is used in the study of the command and control process and the justification of the requirements for a promising ACS. One of these important requirements is the requirement for its survivability. The currently existing methods for substantiating the requirements for the survivability of a promising ACCS do not have a single ideology of construction and do not allow studying the functioning of the ACCS in time under the conditions of the complex active influence of the enemy. To achieve the goal of the article, its author has developed a new method, the feature of which, which determines its novelty, is that it provides a comprehensive account of the enemy's influence on the survivability of control points of a promising automated control system in two main areas: fire damage to control points and radio suppression of ultrashort-wave, short-wave radio communication channels with control points. The method is based on a mathematical model of failure of the control points of a promising automatic control system due to fire damage by the enemy and its restoration. This model, unlike the existing ones, allows you to determine the change in the state of the control system over time. Also substantiated is the relationship between the number of required ultra-shortwave, short-wave radio communication channels with the launcher of a promising automated control system and their reliability.
