Abstract
This is an instrument developed to investigate the research practices and underlying philosophies that Malaysian in-service teachers currently embrace, both in and outside the classroom. Generally, this study looks at three different domains of research, namely: (a) experience in conducting research (b) common research practice (c) underlying research philosophies.
