Abstract

Цифровизация и инновационность современной экономики требуют роста производительности труда путем структурных преобразований занятости как составляющей экономической политики. В условиях развития современной экономики необходимость изучения вопросов, связанных со структурной перестройкой занятости населения, с глубокой теоретико-методологической и практической точек зрения требует внимания государства к вопросам увеличения производительности трудовых ресурсов. Все это актуализирует необходимость углубленного изучения изменений, происходящих в структуре занятости населения, обусловленных особенностями развития экономики Казахстана, а также определение параметров и качества новой структуры занятости. Авторами приведены показатели развития рынка труда Казахстана за 2017-2021 годы, состав и структура рабочей силы по гендерному признаку, занятое население по статусу занятости, состав экономически активного населения за последние пять лет, уровень безработицы и номинальной заработной платы. Многие положения, касающиеся современного рынка труда, требуют уточнения, а также углубления теоретических аспектов изучения механизма структурных преобразований и совершенствования способов управления новыми тенденциями в сфере занятости. Сделанные на основе анализа поставленных проблем выводы и предложения, позволили определить степень влияния занятости на структуру экономики и эффективность её функционирования. The digitalization and innovation of the modern economy require an increase in labor productivity through structural transformations of employment as a component of economic policy. The need for an in-depth theoretical, methodological and practical study of issues related to the structural transformation of the population's employment in the conditions of the development of the modern economy requires state attention to the issues of increasing labor productivity and employment. All this actualizes the need for a deep study of the ongoing changes in the structure of employment, due to the peculiarities of the development of the Kazakhstani economy, determining the parameters and quality of the new employment structure. The authors present indicators of the development of the labor market for 2017-2021, the composition and structure of the labor force by gender, the employed population by employment status, the composition of the economically active population over the past five years. An analysis of the correlation between macroeconomic indicators such as the unemployment rate and nominal wages was carried out. It is noted that many positions regarding the modern labor market require clarification, as well as the deepening of theoretical aspects of the study of the mechanism of structural transformations and the improvement of approaches to managing new employment trends arising under the influence of ongoing global changes in the economy. The conclusions and suggestions made on the basis of the analysis of the problems posed made it possible to determine the degree of influence of employment on the structure of the economy and the efficiency of its functioning.
