Abstract
The central role of human resources in organizations introduce them as a strategic factor in the management of the organization. So the formulation, implementation and evaluation of human resource strategies, as a model of strategic decisions related to human resources is considered in order to link them to the strategic goals of organization. In this study, in order to develop human resources strategies in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, data collected through questionnaires, interviews and documents. We used natural pattern, SWOT matrix, IE matrix, QSPM matrix and Delphi method for Formulating human resource strategies. Based on the results, the strategic position of the human resources was the conservative and aggressive houses. The findings, revealed the fact that the implementation of the proposed strategies could be more synergy and coordination of the activities of human resource policies and strategies will be achieved.
