This article argues that a criminal offense in reporting hoax must be sanctioned in Article 28 of Law Number 11 Year 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Therefore, the need to study Article 28 relates to other invitations regulations which are also related to the accountability of follow-up on the distribution of hoax.</jats:p>},
