  abstractNote={The subject of research is the conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor and resource<br>
security and the main theoretical aspects of its support.<br>
The aim of the study is to clarify the basic concepts that define the essence of labor and resource<br>
security and highlighting the features of their relationship.<br>
Research methods. In this work a systematic approach was used in which the following methods were<br>
applied: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction – to summarize and clarify the basic concepts of<br>
labor and resource security; structural and functional – to study the main aspects of ensuring labor and<br>
resource security; classification method – to identify the main threats of labor and resource security.<br>
The results of the work. Based on the analysis of theoretical aspects of ensuring labor and<br>
resource security, the essence of the basic concepts was clarified, their interrelation was grounded,<br>
the set of threats to the labor and resource security of Ukraine was determined.<br>
The scope of the results. Solving the problems of ensuring the labor and resource security of our<br>
country; the formation of a methodological basis for the preparation of candidates for higher education<br>
in the field of knowledge social and behavioral sciences.<br>
Conclusions: 1) analysis of the conceptual and categorical apparatus made it possible to determine<br>
the features of the relationship of its main components – labor resources and labor potential, as well as their impact on the level of labor and resource security. 2) it is determined that the mutual influence of<br>
the main components of labor and resource security occurs in the form of a cycle, the balance of which<br>
determines the level of labor and resource security. 3) the information platform was provided for further<br>
work aimed at developing the mechanism for countering threats to labor and resource security.},
