Abstract
Implementation of Industry 4.0 concept based on the real stability of horizontal (business) and vertical (digitized) enterprise processes. Special attention will be given in this paper to the process stabilisation model including their core pillars, next to the identification of basic metric for evaluation of process model stability. Results presented in this paper based on the research project and survey realised in more industrial companies.
