Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship and market orientation on export performance of cooperative production of greenhouse products in Tehran province. One hundred nineteen activists in the field of greenhouse products who were members of the cooperative in Tehran province were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.89). Data gathered were analyzed by the use of regression analysis and the results showed that entrepreneurship and market orientation influenced export performance of cooperative producers of greenhouse products in Tehran province. Competitive intensity indicators and financial capital reduced the impact of entrepreneurship on the export performance of greenhouse products.
